The golf course is closed for the season as we undergo a major renovation.
Under the direction of George Golf Design, the course will be upgraded based on the Master Plan that was developed in 2015.
Under that plan, the greens will be reconstructed and regrassed. We will be expanding and leveling tee areas for all player abilities. The fairways will also be regrassed with bentgrass. The bunkers will be reconstructed to provide better drainage and to assist with daily maintenance. In some cases, bunkers will be removed, and new bunkers will also be built.
We will also expand our existing practice green and build a new short game practice area that will feature two greens and greenside bunkers. We will also repair, re-route or build new cart paths.
We are excited about the upcoming changes and we look forward to re-opening in the spring of 2018 with one of the best 9 hole municipal facilities on the east coast.
